🔥 Samba fever hit Kemsing today! 🔥

With the sun blazing, our school was buzzing with the sounds of Brazil! A brilliant steel drum assembly had everyone tapping their feet to some well-known tunes and every child got the chance to join in the rhythm and make music you just had to wiggle to! 🥁🎶💃

Wow! What a stunning day☀️

Our whole school trip up the North Downs was a huge success! Each class walked up to Oak Hall sensibly and were rewarded with the most beautiful views!

The quality of the sketching was incredible and the opportunity to learn outside had a hugely positive impact on children, staff and our volunteers. A huge thanks to Mr Mayo and his team for allowing us to visit and for being such wonderful hosts. We’ll be back!🌟

🎨🕺 CREATIVE WEEK KICK-OFF! 🕺🎨
What a brilliant Monday! Our young artists started planning their masterpieces for next month’s exhibition, exploring techniques, discussing inspiring artists, and getting hands-on with new skills🖌️🎨

The sensory garden turned into an open-air art studio – perfect for peaceful sketching and spotting wildlife 🍃🦋✏️

Every class got moving with a fab dance workshop – from global grooves to book & film-inspired moves, the energy was sky high! 🌍🎬💃

Roll on more creative magic tomorrow! ✨

On Wednesday 4th June, 11 of our pupils took part in an athletics event at Sevenoaks school. The children participated confidently in track events:

90m (Yr5)
100m(Yr6) sprints,
800m (Yr5 & Yr6)
as well as field events: standing long jump and javelin.

It was a blustery and very chilly June afternoon but the children worked really hard and their efforts were rewarded with 1sts in the standing long jump and the relay. We are super proud of the way the children conducted themselves and supported each other❤️

Here’s to all the Kemsing superstars!🌟

🌟BREAKING NEWS🌟

The mysterious golden egg found at Kemsing Primary School only a few days ago is MISSING.

When asked for their thoughts, pupils suggested it could be the doing of Ignatius the dragon… Kemsing staff on the other hand wonder if the egg has hatched.

What was inside and where is it now?👀
