HAPPY NEW YEAR FOLKS.
So although I retired from several of my classes last year. I am still plodding away doing 2 evening Pilates classes. As I hit the big 60 this year in October I have decided to go on my own fitness journey (again) . 60/DAY. For january that is Squats. But I've also cleared out 60 items of clothes, cleared 60 photos and files from my laptop. Thrown out over 60 pieces of paper already. Walk 60 times is getting there too. Why don't you set your own challenge for yourself? Small amounts count! Good Luck! Lx

Happy New Year folks. Wednesday Piladdies class for next 3 weeks will be at Stitchil village hall while Ednam is out of action. 6-7pm for first 2 weeks then 7-8 for last one before we are back to Ednam as normal. Hope to see you all there again. Lynn x

I asked this lovely, talented fitness instructor to take on my classes in August this year. She's doing a terrific job. I wish her continued success and know she is going to do great things in the future. Happy 1st birthday Sarah Walker and S.W.E.A.T.

1 year ago today, I made the decision to officially start up my business and try to make it as a full time personal trainer.
1 year on and I have achieved every goal I set for the year and more!
I can’t thank everyone enough, my clients, friends and family who have all supported me and helped me throughout this past year ❤️

Well that's a wrap! 20 years of seated classes with truly inspirational men + women who realized the need to stay fit + mobile. They proved there is no age or time limit on when to begin exercising, even after illness, knee + hip replacements. I am incredibly happy to be handing the reigns over to Sarah Walker, who is ready to develop her fitness career further. It gives me great pride to see her carrying on my work. She has so much knowledge, experience + a great work ethic. Thank you to all my wonderful clients for supporting me + my work. I very much appreciate your kindness. I will miss the music + laughs. Well 1 week to go! After almost 20yrs I will finish 2 of my longest established classes this week, due to their festival weeks. Sad to leave them after knowing them all for so long. My oldest member is 93! I've lost several lovely people who were in my classes right up to their passing which was hard when you invest in 'your clients' lives, fitness and stories. But what a hoot, supporting me through my best and lowest moments. You will never know how much I have learned from you all and appreciated the love and support you have shown me. Will miss you Coldstream + Morebattle. 😍🥲
