Thank You & Happy Summer!

As we come to the end of another fantastic school year, we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all our pupils, parents, carers, staff, governors, and volunteers for your support, hard work, and dedication throughout the year.

We are incredibly proud of all that has been achieved and grateful for the wonderful school community that makes Kelbrook Primary School such a special place.

🌞 We wish everyone a happy, relaxing, and fun-filled summer 🌞

Take time to rest, enjoy precious moments with family and friends, and create lots of wonderful memories.

Leavers’ Assembly.

Thank you to those of you who joined us to celebrate our Year 6 pupils and say goodbye to Tyler. The children, as always, were amazing and lead us in a fantastic service.

Year 6 had a very hot afternoon for their 3rd and final Forest school session. The children stayed cool by playing in the trees in the shade and built a fabulous group den. Chilling in the hammocks was another great way to keep cool. Noah found a frog!! Some children tried to build it a pond. Super tree climbing as always. A great game was invented with the crab apples from the tree which kept some of them entertained all afternoon. Everyone had ice pops then obviously smores! A lovely afternoon with the Year 6 children, I hope you have all enjoyed your Forest school sessions.

After the success of the Forest School and the feedback that the school have received from the children and parents, we can confirm that Forest School will now take place every Wednesday afternoon on a rolling rota with each year group. Year 1 will have the first session on Wednesday 9th September.

Amazing to see the enjoyment of reading 💕. Thankyou for the videos and photographs. It has been wonderful to be a part of your children's reading journey. The consistent, regular reading at home aids progression so very much! Keep it up in Year one children ❤️👏
