Bookbug is in the building and he is already so loved!
The children were so excited to open the box finding all of these amazing resources inside. We can't wait to explore every one of them. Thank you to Lyndsey (who delivered the Bookbug at home training) and everyone at Bookbug Scottish Book Trust

Please sign this petition asking for a revision of new tax rules removing our 10% household wear and tear tax allowance. We have to constantly fix, patch, paint and replace many items in our home, this allowance helps to financially cover these repairs. Without this allowance childminders will have to pass this cost on to parents via raised fees or reconsider childminding all together (as so many unfortunately are). Unlike the English childminding authorities, Scottish childminding authorities were not even consulted on the change.

Retain the 10% wear and tear allowance for childminders, or introduce an equivalent alternative that reflects the additional household costs of providing regulated childcare from home and helps ensure childminding remains financially sustainable.

🌟🌟we are open tomorrow 24th Oct 🌟🌟

Older siblings are welcome during the holidays as usual.

For our younger babies we now have a large playpen to keep them safe from speedy toddlers whilst you grab yourself a hot cuppa ☕

We are still collecting for our autumn hamper till the end of October, if you have anything at all going spare items can be dropped off at the group, with Louisa or myself (Maddy) at 10 Macduff place.

We planted this red cabbage months ago thinking we were growing good for us! THE VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLARs had a different plan! We have spotted eggs, tiny caterpillars and big caterpillars! We have watched them eat and hope to spot a chrysalis or 2 before they become beautiful butterflies and moths 🐛🥬🦋
