Meet Dhriti 👋🏼

Joining us as our new Event Logistics & Crew Coordinator, Dhriti will be supporting the planning and coordination that helps keep our events running seamlessly behind the scenes.

We asked Dhriti how her first few weeks have gone and here’s what she had to say:

"I’ve really enjoyed my first few weeks. The team have been so welcoming, and it’s been amazing getting stuck in to the planning and coordination that goes into delivering live events.

I’ve learnt so much already and I’m looking forward to growing into the role even more. Being part of a team that is so passionate about what they do has made this transition feel easy, and I can’t wait to contribute to the projects ahead."

Another week, another country 🇧🇪

A few weeks ago, our Senior Project Manager, Ian, travelled to Belgium to meet with our client and review venue options for their upcoming annual conference.

After landing in Brussels, the visits took them to Bruges and Knokke, where they explored a selection of venues, assessed each space and discussed how they could best support the event's vision and objectives.

Joining our clients on site visits allows us to understand their vision first-hand, share ideas and make informed decisions together.

We’re delighted to welcome our newest apprentice, Will, as he begins his journey with us.

On the road with mesh 🇩🇪🇨🇿

We were proud to support the band's 9-date tour across Germany and the Czech Republic, delivering the full production package for the show.

Our Technical Director, Pete, designed the lighting and stage set, programmed and operated the show and this year marked an incredible 25 years as Mesh's Lighting Designer.

For this tour, we supplied the complete production package, including an INFiLED mesh screen system alongside a lighting package featuring ROBE SVB1s and CHAUVET Strike Array & Bolt fixtures, all controlled via an Avolites console.

It's always a privilege to help bring a creative vision to life, and even more special to continue a partnership that's spanned a quarter of a century.
