Ended what's been a lovely day spent with family and sharing with a fellow Mummy how she can build a business alongside me, so she can be around her family too and watch them grow!

Great to see Serena Williams win her 7th Wimbledon & 22nd grand slam title today.

Her talent and intelligence on and off the court, the longevity of her career, her comebacks, the authenticity of her ambition, her grit and determination, and her overall appeal are hard to ignore.

Following her win fellow sporting greats discussed her mindset and when it's right just how amazing she plays. Her coach helps to keep her mind as fit as her body.
