We are currently working on our "postures" drill, in which seemingly ineffective postures turn out to be rather effective when you realise they are not a static position. And we are combining them with our tegumi drills to make them even more dynamic and to learn to apply them instinctively under pressure.

We recently hosted the UK Koryu Uchinadi study group and spent two days working the Gyaku waza drill.
