Timetable for Digital Recorded exams on Saturday 20th June at Kilbride Parish, Doagh, Choir Mobile as below:-

Please bring ID, programme of pieces, composers and dates on A4, music books for piano exams. Announce all pieces before playing each one.
Please bring ID, programme on A4 (including vocal exercises) stating name of piece, show from which it comes, composer, lyricist and date, also bring costumes and props where appropriate, notebook with questions and wear black t shirt/vest, leggings/shorts underneath as costume changes must be done inside the exam room. Announce all exercises and reason for them, announce all songs before you sing each one. You may keep a small bottle of water behind the screen with your costumes. Remember to remove any props before announcing your next song. Finally, you will be asked the questions as stated on the syllabus so bring your notebook with you.
For parents recording, please ensure you have plenty of storage on your device.
All recordings must be done without a break and camera must be held in landscape and not moved. (changing area is “off screen” but in the exam room.)
For Musical Theatre candidates, remember to put “for Singers” on the programme. You may use the programme to announce and demonstrate vocal exercises before singing your songs.
Accompanist will be Tim Wilson for all candidates. I will read out the questions from the list in your notebooks.
A metronome will be available for those demonstrating vocal exercises.
To make it fair, we have allocated 45 mins (max) to each candidate. If you arrive early, please wait outside the exam room until the previous candidate has left. Please ensure that your recording is completed within the time scale given. To record an exam in its entirety should take about 15-20 minutes depending on subject and grade.
We suggest you arrive about 10 mins before your exam time.
Please note there is a limited time after recording to submit online entries. This is done at the discretion of the parents so the results will be posted directly to your email.
