Delivered my last PT sessions this morning before our big move to Corfu 🇬🇷 on Monday!

A massive thank you to the for allowing me to work out of an amazing facility and club.

A BIG shout out to my clients and the junior athletes I’ve coached over the years which has allowed me to do a job I ❤️

Once we’re settled and had a well deserved break I’ll let you know about some exciting new online coaching programs I’ll be offering! 💪🏻
