School's Out at Modbury

GOOD AFTERNOON!

I know it’s a big ask 🙏🏻🤞🌟 but next week we would like to hold a cake sale on Wednesday 17th, in the playground afterschool. This cake stall will be for all children at school and preschool so as many cake donation as possible would be amazing and spread the word.

Also on Friday 19th June, Modbury preschool will be raising money for everyone to come in (all children in that day) wearing funny or crazy trousers that day.

It’s for a very good cause that has and is affecting staff, children and families dear to us. So please help us and support us with this event, so we can raise as much money for The Bristols Wallace and Grommet children Hospital charity as we can.

Thank you all so much for your kind donations and help. We raised an amazing amount of money, £65 in just half an hour. 💪🏼

We do have lots of cakes left so we will be doing another cake sale after the Easter Service, today outside preschool by the year 1 classroom and reception class, so come and find us for another sweet treat for 50p.🥰❤️

Spread the word 👍. Bring your pennies and let’s raise a little bit more. 🧁

*Cake Sale *

This Wednesday 1st April we are having a cake sale to raise some money for Preschool and School’s Out. This will be at 3.30pm afterschool in the school playground. Please could we have cake donations either baked or brought. If anyone can give 10 minutes of their time to help with the stool please let me know.

We are recruiting a Level 3 Preschool Practitioner with SENCO experience for Modbury Preschool and School's Out at Modbury.

Hours between 20hrs and 30hrs per week during term time. Must be available to work reduced hours in school holidays.

Salary: £13.46 per hour ( level 3 qualified )

Deadline for applications: Monday 2nd Feb 2026
Interview to be held on w/c Monday 09th Feb 2026
