Working with Michelle after a rotation cuff injury and getting back in the saddle after a very sad loss of horse . Using both trot and canter simulators to help build the confidence to se if any painful area still in the muscles of her arms and balance stability if her legs, these simulators are quite sensitive and require considerable amount of concentration and fun .

Used both simulators after gini’s hip replacement for recovery and preparing for riding again.
So impressed with the mobility and body balance straightness after and remaining comfortable for Gini which is the most important factor

Great use of the simulator to help the rider back on a horse after her hip operation with no worry or the horse being to wide!
The hip allows the leg to just gently hang allowing the hip to take the leg weight gently as the movement is absorbed without big vigorous movements or the stirrups taking the hip flexor to a shorter angle and scar tissues not allowing it to have full movements! Therefore we let it gently rest on the horses sides.
This is the first stage before progressing to the trot simulator which is more demanding and then on the real thing again! So slow progression is key to full health for riding rehabilitation 👏🐴💕moving in the right direction so far x

Back in the saddle workshop.
Return to riding after injury or a set back or just confidence building,
tea/coffee ☕️ and biscuits provided of course 😋 groups of 4 people @ available Wednesdays through to Fridays also available on a Sunday.
Two horses capable of walk/trots/canters, work on what you need, usable by leg pressure and rein contact or manual assistance.

£30 hour single or pairs. Groups of 4 people £15 1 and half hours.
