Hi everyone!!

I have an update! I have taken on Freddie's Coffee Shop (previously Sharnies), in Ivybridge.

This is great news - as I now have a place to host all of my Supper Club's and food-based projects. Along with having an amazing place for coffee and food.

Please pop in and say hi :-) I can't wait to see you!

I am really excited to bring this to you ❤️

I keep getting asked about plant based and low sugar cooking, so I have decided to run a monthly afternoon Supper Club so that we can make some delicious food and learn more about the topic.

Im calling this Gather & Graze, and along with plant based recipes, we will also look at seasonal foods and try to keep as close to the natural world as we can 🌍

Below is a picture of one of the meals that we will be making, and we will also create some low sugar energy balls.

The date for this is Saturday the 25th of January, and it will take place at Hawthorn Holistic Wellbeing in Ivybridge.

Places are limited to 6, and i have 5 spots left.

If you would like to come along the link is in the comments to get booked.

Here’s a recipe that I think you’ll love! 🍕

We made it at our last Supper Club, and it was delicious and so easy to put together. This pizza is one of my go-to dishes because it’s simple, quick, and incredibly tasty. Plus, making pizza at home is a great way to add your own twist - extra cheese, fresh basil, or maybe a little garlic butter on the crust if you’re feeling fancy!

Here’s how to make the perfect pizza at home:

Dough: Make your own! I find a mix of 00 flour, a bit of olive oil, salt, warm water, instant yeast and a quick knead does the trick.

TIP! Roll in semolina before baking, to prevent sticking and adding a great texture to the dough.

Sauce: Go for quality! A quick mix of tomato purée with some garlic, herbs, and salt makes a great base.

Toppings: Start with mozzarella and add anything you love - pepperoni, mushrooms, or even pineapple if that’s your style!

Bake it hot: Preheat your oven as high as it will go. Pizza loves a quick, high bake, so 220°C. Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

If you try it out, I’d love to know how it turns out!

Share your pizza pics, and let’s see what delicious combos you come up with.

LETS GO!
