🧗‍♀️✨ Strong women. Bold climbs. Big energy and brave connections made.

A group of wonderful women joined us for an inspiring Women Rock South West Climbing Event this weekend. Celebrating community, confidence, and the joy of climbing!

Whether they were stepping into the outdoors for the first time or chasing their next chapter in skills, we created a space to climb, learn, challenge themselves, and connect with an incredible community of women. 💪

🌟 We had an amazing mixture of abilities and experience
🤝 We met fellow female climbers
🔥 Built confidence & new skills
💜 Climbed, encourage, and had fun!

Climbing is fun. Climbing with other women that lift you higher is even better.

Yesterday marked the final day of this years Women Rock South West event.

Buckets of enthusiasm, right until the end as the rain came in, these wonderful women took on the elements like hero's.

Consolidating day twos learning, we played, climbed, laughed and connected.

Is it wrong to already be thinking about Women Rock South West 2027?

Indoor boulderers turned tradsters for the day at Sennen 🧗‍♀️I think they are hooked!

First time abseiling into a sea cliff ✅
First time secondong trad ✅
First time climbing above the sea ✅
First time getting to grips with cams, nuts, rope work and belaying! ✅

What a fun day with this brilliant bunch working alongside 🤩 A few spots of rain in the morning only added to the experience 🌦️

First time rock climbing 🧗‍♀️Quality mum and daughter time ❤️

A wonderful day with Bee and Abby introducing them to the world of trad climbing. With no previous experience they picked up lots of new skills quickly and were completely in their element up on the rock building their confidence throughout the day, enough to finish with a classic multi pitch route 👏 I think the smiles say it all!

Climbing at Sennen 😍 A fabulous day with six women from the Cornish Women’s Climbing group on Saturday. Everyone keen to develop their skills and further their knowledge whilst connecting with other climbers and enjoying the positive vibes 💜

Thanks Laura for organising the day! Great fun to be working with and and hanging out with an awesome bunch of women at the crag 🧗‍♀️

Do you remember your first trad climbing experience? 🧗‍♀️ it’s been an absolute pleasure to spend two days introducing Bree to the world of trad! At the age of 10 she has already found her passion for climbing and has lots of skills from indoor comp and sport climbing that she was eager to transfer to the sea cliffs of West Cornwall. What a natural, well done Bree 🤩

A fun day with the trainees from on an RCI refresher at the Dewerstone. Great to chat through lots of different options and scenarios with them, and for them to put their skills into practice. Always fab to be out with such a motivated bunch 🤗
