I help Year 10 and 11 students build confidence, understand tricky topics, and feel ready for their exams.

Today, we celebrate the most famous number in maths – 3.14159… (and so on forever!). Whether you love Pi, eat pie, or just appreciate a good maths joke, today’s the perfect day to embrace a little mathematical madness.

How many digits of Pi can you remember? No pressure… but the record is over 70,000! 😱

After all the talk in the news this week about compulsory DBS checks for tutors I just wanted to reassure everyone that I am fully checked. At times, there is one other adult in the house who is also a fully DBS checked teacher.

So, last week I said goodbye to my year 11 students. It's always mixed emotions at this time of year, it's sad to see them go but I also feel so proud of how well they've done and amazed at how they've matured over the year or two. I can't believe how privileged I am to have such a great job where I get to meet such fantastic young people. Wishing all my students a fantastic future.

It's that time of year again when people are looking for tutors for their children, but don't leave it too long I'm almost full!

I run small revision classes of 3 or 4 students and due to cancellations have a couple of places available. If you have a child in year 10 or 11 and would like some help to get them over the finish line please get in touch.
