Today our students were learning all about the art of Stage Combat!
Andy taught them about Stage punching, grappling & Kicks.
They were also learning about weapons. They practiced with Daggers, Knives & Swords.
Learning these skills and how to perform them safety and correctly is so beneficial for Stage & screen acting - and great for the CV! ✨️

Another fantastic day of filming for our Summer Showcase and student showreels.
This Week Hayden, Andreas, Katelyn & Axel have been working on a scene written by Andrew specially for them. They did an absolutely fantastic job of bringing his vision to life.
Holly, Leanne, Harriet, Alfie & Abi learnt all about being Supporting Artist's and took on those roles fantastically.
Well done team TPH 🎬✨️

At TPH, we know that mental health matters.
Behind every performer is a person and that person deserves to feel supported, seen, and heard.
That’s why we do more than train. We nurture!
We guide our students to care for their mind, body, and soul, giving them the tools to stay grounded, resilient, and strong.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re proud to shine a light on the importance of wellbeing in everything we do.
Because when our students feel good, they don’t just perform… they thrive. 💚

We are so excited to announce that Beatrice - fresh from completing the London Marathon in support of Mind - is coming in to work with our students on what it truly means to be a healthy performer.
With an impressive list of film credits to her name, alongside her work as a professional dancer, Beatrice brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge. She is incredibly well qualified to guide our students in developing both their physical and mental wellbeing as performers and we can't wait to welcome her back to The Performers Hub. 💫

Very proud of our students for working so hard on their student led assesment and performance pieces.
Another assesment done with great feedback from our invited audience ✅️
Our 'original casts' first year is flying by and we couldn't be prouder of the progress they've all made. 💫
