For summer, I chose a suspended vase.
A gentle breeze sets it slowly adrift,
while the wind chime quietly marks its direction.

夏季茶花,我選擇了懸掛花器。
微風輕輕推動花器,
風鈴靜靜引導著方向。
The recent heatwave has made this morning’s tea lesson feel even more precious.
A quiet morning,
sunlight through the window,
and good tea.
Little by little,
the summer heat fades away.
Building a practice through tea.

近日熱浪來襲,早晨的茶課反而顯得格外珍貴。
寧靜的早晨,
灑落的陽光,
以及一泡好茶。
盛夏的暑熱,
也慢慢散去了。

Seasonal flowers remind us that tea is never separate from daily life.
Tea is not only found in a teapot.
It is also in the changing seasons,
the flowers gathered along the way,
and the quiet moments we choose to notice.

季節的花,提醒我們茶從來沒有離開生活。
茶不只是壺裡的一泡茶。
它也存在於四季的更替、
路邊採來的一枝花,
以及那些願意慢下來留意的片刻。

Summer 2026 preorder now open.
Oriental Beauty is Taiwan’s signature summer competition tea, produced only after natural leafhopper feeding during the summer harvest.
Each season follows the official Taiwan Farmers’ Association competition system, with grading, allocation and official sealed packaging released according to the competition schedule.
ZIYO accepts reservations before the official results are announced, allowing seasonal allocations to be prepared before release. As quantities are limited, some grades may move to a waiting list before the competition results are published.
Official prices will be announced after the competition results.

Sunny and dry.
A gentle breeze drifts through the window, quietly ringing the wind chime.
A peaceful afternoon,
completely immersed in tea.

今天晴朗乾燥,微風吹進窗裡,輕輕敲響風鈴。
寧靜的午後,整個人浸潤在茶裡。

Taiwan Competition Tea Tasting
Taste first. Reveal later.
This tasting is designed to help participants build their own tea system through direct comparison.
Using official evaluation cups, we will taste twelve Taiwanese teas blind, before discussing their origin, altitude, craftsmanship and grading.
Run One focuses on high mountain oolong from different tea regions across Taiwan.
Run Two explores D**g Ding competition teas, from benchmark examples through to award-winning lots.
No prior knowledge required.
Just your palate.

Tea flowers are not arranged to escape the season.
They are arranged to bring it closer.
Summer enters quietly, one branch at a time.

Some music belongs to rivers.
Some belongs to mountains.
This one always feels close to water.
