There's something special about turning the simplest materials into a print you'll be proud of.

In our Card Relief Printing Workshop, you'll discover how a piece of card, some ink, and a few simple tools can become a beautiful hand-printed design. Whether you're completely new to printmaking or looking to explore a different technique, this relaxed session is all about slowing down, experimenting, and enjoying the process.

Join us on Saturday 8th July from 10am -4pm at Isle Print Studio.

During the workshop you'll:
✂️ Learn the basics of card relief printing
🎨 Create your own original design and print a small edition to take home
☕ Enjoy a relaxed afternoon with tea, coffee, and good company
🌿 All materials and equipment are provided

Our workshops are kept small so there's plenty of time for individual guidance and creative exploration.

Card Relief Printmaking workshop

A Day of gentle meditative creativity! Come explore the potential of card relief print. The Great Bardfield artist Sheila Robinson was a master of the process! It involves cutting and tearing a piece of thick card to create a design, before sealing, inking and printing. It's collagraph without sticking any other textures on the matrix!

Had the loveliest time running a Landscape collage workshop at Ringwood Art Society UK today.... drawing inspiration from Matisse, Mark Hearld Clover Robin and others!

Nothing too technical, just an invitation to spend the afternoon playing with colour, shape and texture, not worrying too much about the end result but letting the process excite you with fresh ideas that might lead into other things.

Thanks to a fab group who were up for being in the moment and enjoying the process.

Congratulations to for having her print 'Tirricks' accepted into this year's Competition!

The final layers of this beautiful reduction print were printed at Isle Print Studio on Agnes, the resident albion printing press.

We are very honoured to have had such a lovely print created at the studio, and are delighted for this recognition!
