First Steps is a purpose built nursery registered with the Care Inspectorate to provide day care for children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years. Our staff of 15 are all fully qualified and registered with Disclosure Scotland and the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) to care for children. We provide quality child care within our setting in 3 separate areas. Our Under 2’s or Baby Room is registered

for 12 children at any one time, Our 2 - 3 room is registered for 20 children per session and our 3 - 5 room can accommodate 40 children per session. We are also in partnership with North Ayrshire Council to provide Ante Pre and Pre school education for 3 - 5 year olds.
