The boys and girls in the 3-5 room have been learning about their colours while using their fine motor skills to paint the leaves. They were also learning about the different seasons and what happens to the leaves.

This week the children have been enjoying the lovely weather. Staying safe in the sun and developing their fine motor skills by breaking ice to let the dinosaurs escape.

The children have been planting herbs and vegetables in our garden.They have been talking and learning about how the herbs and vegetables grow and what they need to grow them .

At nursery the children were listening to we are going on a bear hunt story the children then were pretending they were on a bear hunt. They were getting to feel different textures with their feet which the children had so much fun doing.

The children within the 2-3 room have been exploring their knowledge of colours as well as continuing to develop their fine motor skills. The children had lots of fun with the different coloured oats and recognising their colours!😃😃

At nursery this week the children have been enjoying listening to wellbeing music to build their gross motor skills and mirroring other adults and children.

The children were having fun last week playing in the tuff tray which was based on a sunny beach. The children were learning about the weather while building relationships with other children.

🥳 We're delighted to say that we will be handing over a massive £5,500 to the amazing Clyde Cash for Kids.

👌 We had everyone from little Ed Sheerans, Spice Girls and Elvis', to our very own Proclaimers taking part in our Karaoke-a-thon - it's safe to say that we really went all out on and smashed our £1000 target.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Thank you to every child, parent and member of staff who supported all of our nurseries - you have made a huge difference to a charity that will make a real impact in our communities.

Children had a lovely time today celebrating the Coronation and creating mementos for the special day

Today we had a stay and play session for our parents. The children loved having their parents in the nursery and showing them what they get up to every day.

A massive thanks to our staff, children and parents for making our cash for kids day such a success. The kids had a fab time and we raised an amazing amount of money which is still increasing. You will be able to donate online for the next week or so until we have all the sponsor sheets in. We will then be excited to announce our final total.Thanks once again for your generous donations which really do make a difference to children in Scotland 🥰🥰

Here at Treetops Nursery We have just had an amazing visit from the lovely Ali & Michael from WEST FM.. we will be on the radio after 1pm. We are so proud and are very impressed with all the efforts our families, children and staff have all went to, to raise money for such an amazing local Charity!

UKHSA update on scarlet fever and invasive Group A strep The latest data from the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) shows that scarlet fever cases continue to remain higher than we would typically see at this time of year.
