💡 Imagine having an idea… and then making it REAL!

That's what Young Designers is all about. 🎨🔧

Fridays 10am

For Home Ed young people aged 11–14, our weekly 3-hour sessions combine creativity, practical making, CAD/CAM, engineering and problem-solving.

Young designers learn to:

✨ Imagine
✏️ Design
🔨 Make
🔍 Test
💡 Improve
🚀 Create!

From scale vehicles and working mechanisms to games, jewellery, lighting and programmable projects — there's always something new to explore.

And along the way, they develop skills that last a lifetime: creativity, confidence, critical thinking, perseverance and problem-solving.

Imagine where their ideas could take them…

We’re excited to share our proposed timetable for September and give you a preview of the new academic year!

Our popular courses will continue as annual programmes, giving students the opportunity to learn, develop and grow their skills over the course of the full academic year. The programme will be structured into 6-week blocks, but it is important to note that these blocks are part of one continuous annual course rather than individual standalone courses.

This structure allows students to benefit from continuity, build on their learning from one block to the next, and make real progress throughout the year, while having plenty of opportunities to explore their interests, develop new skills and, most importantly, have fun!

Full details of our booking process, fees and how to enrol will follow shortly.
