Looking for a self motivated and ambitious therapist with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Responsibilities include:

Confidently carrying out a range of treatments to an exceptionally high standard

Maintaining standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon

Using initiative and creativity in promoting services on social media

Knowledge and skills:

Level 2 and 3 beauty qualifications with the ability to work on their own initiative to be left unsupervised

A willingness to learn advanced skills in the future

Teaching, assessing and IQA qualifications would be advantageous

Starting pay of minimum wage (age and skill dependent) plus commission on sales and treatments with 6 month probation period. Hours can be flexible but approx 24 hours per week across 3 or 4 days including every other Saturday

On a positive note, the government announced today that salons can reopen 👏👏👏👍.

I hope that you are all safe and healthy and those of you already in the industry have managed to retain your sanity and your excited to get back to work. Everyone I know in this amazing industry is hard working, driven and passionate about what they do! The last few months have been testing to say the least.

Although it's nice to see things heading in the right direction I still have concerns and for this reason I'm not yet releasing and new Training schedule. This is due to the treatment restrictions imposed by the government and the social distancing requirements. Despite having very small groups and even the 1-2-1 training we offer, when managing training courses things don't always go to plan and I feel the cross over of clients may impose higher risks.

Once the government give the go ahead for all treatments this will be reviewed and a new training schedule will be available.

For those students who enrolled on training courses that were postponed due to Covid, I would like to thank you for your patience and reassure you that you have not been forgotten. You are most certainly top priority and as soon as it is safe to do so I look forwards to welcoming you back to Jinc Beauty & Aesthetics Training. 🥰
