Our Teaching School Alliance comprises of a cluster of local Ipswich schools and the SCITT training provider, all co-ordinated by Springfield Junior School. These are schools that consistently strive for and achieve successful outcomes for their pupils. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise across the primary phase and diversity between our schools, we aim to support colleagues from the local area and beyond, to raise standards through collaboration and development of outstanding practice. The goals of our alliance is to be proactive in mastering the changes that dominate the current education system through; relevant and inspiring CPD; research which deals with topical educational challenges; and carefully tailored school to school support, that will enable all teachers, and aspiring leaders, to feel confident to move their pupils, and their schools forward successfully. We aim to develop the highest standard of teacher training; where NQTs are fully prepared for life within schools. We are passionate about ensuring that all schools, staff and pupils are supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
