So proud to be working with this amazing charity! Go Myla and Lili!
We provide professional music therapy to children & adults across East Anglia. What is Music Therapy? Music is all around us. Music can affect our mood.
Music forms our heritage, culture, identity and spiritual beliefs. We have music played at football matches, in shopping centres, churches and on the television. Music is a powerful medium which can affect us all deeply. It may help us to relax when we have had a long day at work or school. Alternatively, it can stimulate and motivate us when we are at the gym or a party. Music therapy is based on

Happy Mother's Day! To all mums, step‑mums, grandmothers, carers, and mother figures - thank you for everything you do.
And so on this Mothering Sunday
we give thanks for the mothers we have known —
and for the many ways
the work of mothering continues quietly among us.
In kitchens and classrooms.
In friendships and families.
In hospitals, hospices and homes.
In parishes and communities.
In all those ordinary acts of care
that hold the world together
more than we ever quite notice.
We celebrate the women that make this world a better place. Thank you 💐

We're delighted to share this lovely video of our Senior music therapist Iz and her choir from Shebson Lodge, Southend. They joined with other choirs and performed in front of Gareth Malone! They won 'best group harmony' category! We're so proud to work with Jewish Care. Well Done to Iz and your wonderful choir!

Huge thanks to our Senior music therapist Laura and the staff and pupils at St John’s RC Special School in Chigwell for a fantastic day sharing skills with staff from The School of Joy in Bethlehem! The day was full of emotion as we heard about the children and their needs within the context of the challenging situation in Bethlehem. During the day, the staffing team from The School of Joy observed music therapy sessions, learnt basic music therapy techniques and explored the power of music. We shared a meal together and presented a suitcase full of musical instruments to them!

Huge thanks to Lilianna for raising money to buy musical instruments for a special school in Bethlehem. Here’s a snippet from her harp recital.
