I know life happens and sometimes plans change at the last minute. The waiting list means that if a space becomes available, someone else can snap it up and join the class.

If you’ve been thinking about getting a little stronger, moving more, and taking some time for yourself… this is your gentle nudge ✨
These are small, relaxed, ladies-only training sessions (max 10 per class), combining strength, core, cardio and conditioning, so you get a really well rounded workout. There’s plenty of support, encouragement and a personal touch throughout. No pressure, no intimidation, just a welcoming space to move and feel good.
