This year lots of my awesome students have been getting great results in their Grade 5 exams.

Here is my version of “Slam Dunk Funk” a really nice piece from the Rock School grade 5 book. It's a good track for anyone looking to take their playing a bit further and have a go at some Red Hot Chili Peppers Style beats.

-Lessons are available in Ipswich + Bury St Edmunds-

If you want to get started playing drums, or take your playing up a level then please get in touch to book a free Taster lesson.

Thanks Graeme McLoughlin and Richard Haugh for playing a bit of my "very distant" past around 40 mins into the show. (Charlie Brown - Hooray for Snakes) I think that recording was 12 years ago, so it's very nice for it to come up for air.

We get a SXSW debrief from SuperGlu as they chat backstage in Austin!
