At IKON, no trainer works in isolation.

Behind each course is a team focused on the same thing: helping people feel safer, more confident and better prepared at work.

We’re now looking for an experienced Personal Safety Trainer – Physical Skills & PMVA to join that team, ideally based in Kent or within a reasonable travel distance.

This role needs someone who can bring credibility into the training room while understanding the responsibility that comes with teaching physical skills. Prevention, judgment, and least restrictive practice must always come first.

Nick Pamment recently delivered Conflict Resolution Awareness Training for 44 learners at Norfolk and Waveney ICB.

The session brought people together to share experiences and build confidence through enhanced skills, discussion and reflection.

Because the most valuable learning often comes from the conversations in the room.

Get to know Nick Pamment - IKON Trainer.

Nick brings nearly two decades of experience in Police Training to his role at IKON Training, joining the team with a shared commitment to helping people feel safer and more confident at work.

He’s a natural people person who believes the best learning happens when his sessions are designed to be interactive and enjoyable.

People are often surprised to learn that Nick has completed the world’s fastest zipline at over 100mph, conquering a fear of heights along the way. He’s also a proud owner of an energetic eight-year-old Cockapoo called Loki, and holds multiple black belts and instructor certifications across martial arts and self-protection systems.
