We reopen to all Tuesday 14th April.

We have run out of spare trousers and socks! If you have any of our trousers/socks could you please return them. Donations would be gratefully received.

It is our practice to go outside in all weathers and learn and enjoy from messy play, please send children with named spare clothes.

A big thank you for all your support on Friday for Children in Need. We raised £174.20. None of this would have been possible without your support.

We have been busy in the garden exploring Autumn leaves and the impressions they make in playdough as well as making Autumn potions with conkers, leaves, shaving foam etc.

We coloured in individual paving blocks to make a lovely pattern, looking at colours and patterns, shape and size.

Indoor we carried on our Autumn theme and shared the story of 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt', they loved this story and was very brave. We did bark and leaf rubbings.

We worked together cooperatively as a team to create a huge picture which we are very proud of.

Everyone has settled in well after the summer break.

In the garden, we have been learning about the change of seasons and enjoying the weather as it changes. We have been exploring natural Autumn materials to mix ie conkers, leaves and twigs. We have been blowing bubbles and watching the float in the wind.

In the sand pit we created our own cement in the mixer before placing the mixture in between the bricks to build a wall working as a team and helping each other.

Jack n Jill Preschool is currently closed for the summer break. We reopen on Thursday 4th September. Look forward to seeing you all then.

Due to circumstances out of our control we will be unable to have any two year olds in until 10am, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will be happy to make this hour up at another time or alternatively swap ur child’s day to another one.
