Our senior instructors hold British Aikido Board Coach awards, and our art is practised in the UK as a style of Aikido.
Jushinkan Dojo is part of Jushinkai, which means the 'society of the open or pliable mind'
We practise the traditional Japanese martial art of Aiki Jutsu, from which Aikido was developed. We are affiliated to the BAB via the Aikido Research Federation. Jushinkan Dojo was the first BAB club in the UK to be awarded Clubmark status. All our students and Instructors are insured and certified via NAKMAS (National Association of Karate & Martial Arts Societies).
