Why not you?

You’ve got the brains. You can make decisions. You can study the plan, change your life, and grow more in the next few years than most people do in a lifetime.

You can build a future so strong it protects your family.
You can become healthier.
You can become stronger.
You can become powerful in mind, body, and purpose.

So why not you?

If there’s something calling you… something that feels right… something that matters deeply to you go after it.

Because the best work you will ever do comes when you’re doing what you love, doing it your way, and taking pride in what you created.

Why not you be the one who starts that business?
Why not you be the one who breaks the cycle?
Why not you be the one who rises after setbacks?
Why not you become everything they never expected?

If you have an idea you truly believe in, don’t let somebody with no vision talk you out of it.

Start acting like the person you want to become.

Walk with confidence.
Speak with belief.
Move with discipline.
Show up with courage.

Because when you act like the future version of yourself, your mind begins to believe it. Your habits begin to match it. Your life begins to reflect it.

This is your sign.

Stop waiting for permission.
Stop doubting your worth.
Stop shrinking your dreams to fit other people’s fears.

Stand tall. Look yourself in the mirror and say:

I am ready.
I am capable.
I am becoming who I was meant to be.

Why not you?

And while you rise, remember you don’t have to do it alone.

Once again, a huge thank you to the Portsmouth fundraising community for last year’s Walk The Island Island. Thanks to your incredible support, we have officially purchased a van!
This will support a whole range of our services across the city and open up many more opportunities for the people we work with.
On the 20th of June, Walk the Island is back. This year, funds will be raised for two incredible charities: Toy Library and Portsmouth Lifeguards (Portsea Rescue) !

If you’re able to get involved or show your support, it would mean so much to these fantastic causes.

Your Not Done Yet !!!!!!! Here’s the thing…

Most people are so busy worrying about what everyone else thinks that they forget one simple truth: people are thinking it anyway. So why do you care? Why let the "no" and the "you can’t do it" of the doubters dictate your destination?

I’ll tell you why I hate Plan B.

Plan B is a safety net. It’s a fallback that says, "Just in case I fail, I’ll be okay." But here is the danger: Every ounce of energy, every second of thought, and every bit of passion you pour into Plan B is energy you are stealing from your Plan A.

When you start doubting yourself, you stop being an adventurer. You didn’t just "show up" on this planet by accident. You brought something here. You have a mission to implement, a dream to perform, and a legacy to experience.

It’s time to permit yourself to stretch.

Whether it’s a commitment to your health, your happiness, or making a massive difference in your community commitment shows up when you stop looking for a way out and start looking for a way up.

At ClimbNova, we don't do safety nets; we do ascents. We know that life hits hard. We know that personal issues loss, health struggles, or the weight of local community challenges—can make you want to fall back into a Plan B just to survive. But we believe those struggles are exactly where your mission begins.

How ClimbNova helps you stay on Plan A when life gets tough:

Resilience Strategic Planning: We help you navigate personal life transitions without losing sight of your ultimate professional or creative destination.

Purpose-Driven Implementation: When personal issues cloud your judgment, we provide the objective framework to keep your "baby"your dream projectperforming and moving forward.

Holistic Legacy Coaching: We don't just look at your business; we look at your life, ensuring your health and happiness are the foundation of your success.

Community Support Frameworks: We specialize in helping you turn personal adversity into a community-focused mission that makes a real difference in Portsmouth.

Don't function with a safety net. Function with a mission. Stop nurturing the doubt and start nurturing the dream.

Are you ready to commit to Plan A, no matter what life throws at you? Let’s climb.

MS Awareness Week 2026.Monday 20 April – Sunday 26 April)

This isn’t just another date on the calendar.
It’s a reminder that thousands of people wake up every day not knowing what their body will allow them to do.

Multiple Sclerosis doesn’t always look the way you think it does.
It’s not always visible.
It’s not always understood.
But it is always there.

Over 2.8 million people worldwide are living with MS.
Every 5 minutes, someone new is diagnosed.
And for many, it means a lifetime of uncertainty fatigue that can’t be fixed by sleep, pain that can’t be seen, and strength that’s tested daily.

Imagine losing control over your own body, piece by piece.
Imagine having to explain over and over that “you don’t look sick” doesn’t mean you aren’t.

Now imagine doing all of that while trying to navigate benefits, employment, mental health, relationships, and simply getting through the day.

This week is about more than awareness.
It’s about action.

Here’s how you can support someone living with MS:
• Listen without judgment
• Believe their experience, even when you can’t see it
• Offer practical help lifts, meals, admin support
• Be patient — symptoms change daily
• Stay consistency matters more than big gestures

And if you or someone you know is struggling you don’t have to do it alone.

We offer FREE support for those facing:
🔹 Crisis & Mental Health – suicidal crisis, trauma, PTSD, emotional distress
🔹 Neurodiversity –Autism, MS ADHD, SEMH support
🔹 Recovery – addiction, relapse prevention, substance misuse
🔹 Safety – domestic abuse, coercive control, safeguarding
🔹 Stability – benefits tribunals, debt anxiety, housing insecurity
🔹 Growth – CV building, NEET support, life after prison or abuse
🔹 Employment Support – job searching, applications, workplace confidence, career direction

🔹 Crisis Navigation – helping you think clearly in chaos and take the next right step
🔹 Signposting – connecting you to the right services, charities, and long-term support networks
🔹 Community Connection – reducing isolation, building belonging, strengthening local networks
…and much more..

Sometimes life has a way of bringing the right people into your world at exactly the right moment and this is one of those stories.

Earlier today, I had the absolute pleasure of catching up with a an old friend and collegue Luana over a brew and some cake. It’s funny how something so simple can remind you just how far someone has come.

Years ago we met Luana during what was an incredible difficult time in her life. She was facing a situation no one should ever have to go through alone and she came to us for support.

As a team, we stepped in working alongside a variety of organisations to ensure her safety and empower her to bring the situation to a resolution. Even then, Luana’s strength and resilience stood out.

Not long after, this she became part of our award-winning C.I.C team, taking on the role of Health and Wellbeing Officer. She didn’t just join she became a cornerstone of the team, supporting others with compassion, empathy, and genuine care. The work she did with our volunteers and community was nothing short of incredible.

After some time away, it’s been amazing to welcome Luana back to Portsmouth from London, today where she is now studying and really enjoying 3D animation for games and film. Seeing her flourish and follow her passion is truly inspiring.

And here’s where things come full circle…

Recently, I shared how we’ve been supporting The Agape Nehemiah Foundation and their work in the Democratic Republic of Congo support that is helping and inspiring orphans, widows, and vulnerable communities. What many people don’t realise is that it was Luana who first introduced me to Pastor Elodie Mutanda and Pastor Eric Mutanda, whose team are making a huge difference to those most in need, asking for nothing in return except kindness being passed forward.

This is the power of people in times of trouble. One connection can change everything and that impact can travel further than we ever imagine.

If you’d like to connect, be inspired, and meet some truly incredible individuals, you’re warmly invited to attend:

Eschatos International Church Conference
Theme: “It Is Finished” (John 19:30)
Date: Saturday 18th April 2026
Time: 11:00 – 15:00
Venue: The Hub Cafe, Somerstown Central Hub, Southsea, Portsmouth (PO5 4EY)
Guest Speakers: Pastor Joshua Daka & Pastor Mutende Daka
Hosted by: Pastor Elodie Mutanda & Pastor Eric Mutanda

There’s an old proverb that says:

“A traveler once lost their way in a storm, cold and alone. Along the path, they met another wanderer who offered them shelter and guidance. Together, they walked through the darkness. By sunrise, they realised they had not only found the road but had helped build it for others to follow.”

Life is a journey of self-discovery, but it’s the people we meet along the way and the paths we choose to walk together that create real change.

Maybe this is one of those moments where paths cross for a reason. get yourself on the path see where yours leads.
We believe human connection shouldn’t come with a price tag.
That’s why a significant part of what we do is delivered pro bono.
We offer FREE support for those facing:
🔹 Crisis & Mental Health suicidal crisis, trauma, PTSD, emotional distress
🔹 Neurodiversity Autism, ADHD, SEMH support
🔹 Recovery addiction, relapse prevention, substance misuse

Life is moving right now.
Let’s spend it building something that matters together.

One day, we will all be lying on our deathbeds… and in that moment, none of the things we once chased will matter. Not the money, not the power, not the status or recognition. We’ll see it for what it really was a game, an illusion that never truly defined us.

What will matter… is the impact we had on other people.

We are all on separate journeys, walking different paths, facing different battles. But the most beautiful part of this life is how those paths cross how we show up for one another, how we lift each other, and how we leave something meaningful behind in the hearts of others.

When our time comes, people won’t talk about what we owned they’ll talk about who we were. How we lived. How we loved. How we made them feel. That is what truly lasts.

Because success has its place… but impact is everything.

We don’t want to walk this earth in vain. We want to know that because we were here, someone else’s life felt a little lighter. That we stood beside people in their hardest moments. That we listened when it mattered most. That we made a difference even in ways no one else ever saw.

Because at the end of it all, everything we gain will fade. It will break, it will be forgotten. And all that will remain… is what was in our hearts and what we gave to others.

Life is a mirror it doesn’t give us what we want, it reflects who we are.

And this is exactly what drives everything we do at Climb Nova Consultancy.

Because real impact isn’t found in titles or recognition it’s found in the quiet moments where someone feels heard, supported, and no longer alone.

Behind every “I’m fine” is a deeper story. People carrying heavy loads, facing battles they don’t always speak about, holding everything together for everyone else while running on empty themselves.

That’s where we step in.

Not from a distance, but alongside in the moments that feel overwhelming, uncertain, and hardest to face.

We choose to be:
• A voice of honesty when everything feels too much
• Someone who listens properly, without judgement
• A steady presence when it feels like there’s no one else to lean on

Because if life is truly about the impact we have on others, then no one should have to struggle in silence just to get through the day.

We see what isn’t always visible the strength it takes to keep going, the sacrifices made quietly, the truth behind the brave face.

And when life gets tough, we don’t step back… we step forward.

Through crisis support, mental health guidance, safeguarding, recovery, and genuine human connection, we stand with people helping them move from just surviving… to finding a way through.

Much of what we do is offered pro bono, because we believe that being heard, supported, and treated with dignity should never depend on someone’s ability to pay.

Because in the end, it’s often the smallest moments that create the biggest impact…

One conversation. One moment. One person who truly listens.

Let’s be that for each other.

Daddy is the sweetest daddy in the world…
the kindest… my Superman…

But he lies.”

He lies about having a job.
He lies about having money.
He lies that he’s not tired… not hungry… that everything is okay.
He even lies about his own happiness.

Not because he wants to…
But because he feels he has to.

Because behind so many closed doors are people doing everything they can to hold it together for their children, their families, their pride… their survival.

This is the reality many don’t see.
And this is exactly why what we do matters.
At Climb Nova Consultancy, this is exactly why we do what we do.

Because behind the words “I’m fine” are stories like this—of parents carrying the weight of the world, doing everything they can to protect the ones they love, even when they’re running on empty themselves.

We don’t just talk about support we step into it.
Right alongside people, in the moments that feel the heaviest and hardest to face.

We are:
• A voice of honesty when everything feels overwhelming
• Someone who listens properly, without judgement
• A steady presence walking beside you when you feel like you have to carry it all alone

Because no one should have to hide their struggle just to survive the day.

We see beyond the surface.
The strength it takes to keep going.
The quiet sacrifices.
The reality behind the brave face.

And when things get tough we don’t step back, we step forward.

Through crisis support, mental health guidance, safeguarding, recovery, and real human connection, we help people move from just surviving… to finding a way through.

Much of what we do is offered pro bono, because we believe support, dignity, and being heard should never depend on someone’s ability to pay.

Sometimes, it starts with just one thing
One conversation. One moment. One person who truly listens.

Let’s be that for each other.
