Change of location for both Parent and tots class and 4-8s class. BOTH TO BE HELD AT SHOTLEY VILLAGE HALL!

Who would be interested in attending parents and tots class on Mondays along with different times.

Who would be interested in attending 4-8s class on WEDNESDAYS afternoons.

Parent & Tots- 10am-11am
Parent & Tots- 9:30am-10:30am
Parent & Tots- 10:30am-11:30am

4-8 class- 4:15pm/4:30pm rill 5:15pm-5:30pm

I would really appreciate some feedback on which times suit best, please comment below with your preference.

No class tonight due to the bank hols! Hope you've all had a great weekend 😀

This morning we….

⭐️ started the session with an introduction along with our favourite fruit to eat.
⭐️ Explored the colours and textures of our stretchy band, the band also guided us when singing our nursery rhymes.
⭐️ We practised our bending and stretching using the nursery rhyme, I’m a little tea pot.
⭐️ We warmed up our toes and feet by saying hello and goodbye to them, followed by our walking, marching and freezing game.
⭐️ We used our bright colourful cloth and pretended to be beautiful butterflies around the space and started to use our spatial awareness when turning into our cocoon’s.
⭐️ We practiced our different awareness of size and heights by imitating animals like giraffes, worms, elephants and mice!
⭐️ We had lots of fun blowing our bubbles, acknowledging how high and how long they can float, we also noticed some pretty colours within the bubbles.
⭐️ We then reflected on our bubble making time by moving through the space like a bubble.
⭐️ We then finished the session by playing our popcorn parachute game, and ending with our sleeping bunny song.

ADULTS DANCE FITNESS TONIGHT 💃

First half of the class we will be jumping into some cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises. Whilst in the second half participants have the opportunity to learn/create original exciting peices of choreography!
