This week we organised two farm outreach days for primary school children aged 7-9 years old, one at Chadacre Estate Farm, another at Home Farm Nacton! 🌽
250 schoolchildren had the opportunity to visit these working farms and speak with a variety of exhibitors who are demonstrating the importance of food, farming, and the countryside!
Thank you again to the primary schools which joined us, the exhibitors who put on fantastic workshops, our stewards, and the two farms Home Farm Nacton and Chadacre who welcomed us onto their farms!
It was two brilliant days! ✨

A special part of the Suffolk Show each year is our Long Service Award ceremony, where our president presents awards to those who have dedicated 30, 40, and some 50 years of service to one agricultural/ allied business.
This is a moment where we can show extra appreciation and gratitude for all they do.
We also present the winners of our Rising Star Scholarship, and Agricultural and Allied Agricultural Apprentices of the year!
What a lovely achievement
