Do you want to be part of a professional theatre production?

We are looking for six young people to join the cast of 'Calendar Girls the Musical' this September!

We’d love to hear from you if you are aged 18 or over (with a playing age 16–18), are an aspiring actor and have not completed professional training, are a confident singer and are interested in performing in a professional production.

🗓️ Key info:

- Application deadline: 10am on Mon 22 June
- Some online and in-person rehearsals in August (dates TBC)
- One full day rehearsal (either Sat 5 or Sun 6 Sep)
- Performances from Thu 10 - Sat 26 Sep (two teams of three who will share the performances, so good availability is required)

Experience the Enchantment of 'A Little Night Music' Before It's Sold Out! This Sondheim musical prepares to bring joy to Ipswich!

🎭 We're looking for two young performers (aged strictly 17 - any gender) to share one role in our upcoming production of 'Caroline: A New Musical!'

The two young performers will share the role and split the performance schedule equally, each appearing in half of the performances. The role features a small number of lines across several scenes and offers an opportunity to be part of a professionally produced new musical – from early rehearsals through to performance.

Rehearsals and performances take place from Mon 16 Mar - Sat 2 May. Your rehearsals will take place across the final three weeks of the rehearsal period, for two evenings per week (TBC) at DanceEast and Suffolk New College. Auditions will be held at the New Wolsey Theatre on Wed 11 Mar at 7pm. The audition will comprise of a workshop with a small amount of singing and script work.

Candidates should have experience performing in school, youth or amateur theatre, and we actively encourage applications from young actors of all backgrounds and communities.
