It's berry season! The preschool garden had a lovely time hand picking the ripe berries, leaving the green and red ones to ripen a little longer. We were careful to avoid the prickles in places!

The children thought of using their hats to collect them up and take them to be washed before tasting, what a genius plan!

They were juicy, sweet and wonderful :)

Wow what a fabulous time we all had with Miss Ellie today for our ballet sessions with Tiny toes ballet Suffolk

We learned about first position (and pizza feet!) Échappée, breakaway jumps.
We looked at using our whole body to move around the room, shaking ribbons and pom poms too.

We had our listening ears and good toes ready, Miss Ellie sprinkled some golden magic on our toes to stick our legs together!

Well done to everyone who took part and earned a star sticker :)

So much hard work has gone into renovating and updating our building across all key groups this term. Lots of weekend grafting and time spent by all to enhance, update and improve. The areas are coming together and the last project is about to be completed, a set of bifold doors leading into the side garden to enable a free flow experience across all our groups, nearly there!

Busy bunnies today in the preschool room. Children kneaded the dough, piped a cross and brushed with marmalade!🐣 🪺 🐰

All children have had opportunities to explore pancakes today, from creating playdough pancakes to having healthy pancake options for their snack.

Here are the toddlers getting stuck in to decorate their own pancakes. With a choice of different fruits and yoghurt, all the toddlers enjoyed doing this! We got to talk about pancake day and what other toppings we could put on our pancakes too. What did you have on yours today if you made any?! 🥞

We have set up a Just Giving Page to make donating quick and simple: https://www.justgiving.com/page/rainbowbright2025
