This week we have been getting creative with different materials: wool, ribbon and scrap paper. We have also been playing some board games together such as Flick the Counter and Jenga. Outside this week, we got to use the field to play a big game of football. We have also been doing some basketball, football drills and we had the PlayPod out a few times this week. We made a rope swing, office buildings and sleds.

Last week we had a mix of activities going on in after school club. We had a wet play day where we got out the indoor sports equipment and completed challenges. W also got to play outside last week and used Britannia's field to play a big game of football. We also role-played with the Barbies, created pictures with small shapes and seeing what we could draw with circles.

We have been taking advantage of the good weather this week and getting outside. We have been playing ball games and doing gymnastics, playing It and taking some of the roleplay characters outside.

We have been doing some junk modelling and drawing in the art corner. The children have also been trading World Cup stickers for their collections and we have been keeping track of the World Cup matches through out the past few weeks.
