Huge Congratulations to Ruby (Y8)!

We are incredibly proud to share some fantastic news from the cheerleading world! Ruby in Year 8 travelled to Lisbon, Portugal, to compete in the European Summit with her cheer team, Oblivion Allstars - Team Swarm. The team put on an absolutely spectacular performance, not only Hitting Zero (a flawless routine with zero deductions!) but also coming home as the EUROPEAN SUMMIT GOLD CHAMPIONS! 🤸‍♀️✨

It has been an unforgettable 6 days for the athletes, coaches, and families involved. Huge congratulations to Ruby, her teammates, and coaches Mikey and Charlotte on this phenomenal achievement. Your hard work and determination have truly paid off—you smashed it! 👏👏🔥

WE HAVE A WINNER!

Huge congratulations to Riley Coote, our financial whizz who absolutely smashed this year’s Beat the Business Teacher challenge! Business students were tasked with completing 10 realistic financial challenges, racing against the clock to beat the teacher's time.

The ultimate prize? A brand-new pair of earbuds! Riley showed incredible focus and sharp financial skills, wrapping up all 10 challenges in just 43 minutes! Outstanding job, Riley! We see a bright future in finance ahead!

We had a fantastic turnout of 75 students giving up their Saturday morning to prep for their very first mock exams next week.
We are incredibly proud of how hard everyone worked. Putting in the extra time today means you are building the skills and confidence you need to succeed. Keep reviewing your notes, stay focused, and go crush those mocks next week.

Our incredible 2025-2026 Year 11 students officially finished their final papers today! 🎉 To celebrate, we kept the time-honoured tradition alive with an epic shirt-signing session. It was amazing to see students and teachers sharing memories and wishing each other the absolute best for the future.

Year 9 artists are currently working on their project of Impressionism landscapes, investigating the concept of 'en plein air' (outdoors), capturing elements of the outdoors from observation in their own homemade sketchbooks.

Our artists really enjoyed their alternative classroom and working outside.

Year 11 Saturday Maths Interventions: Done!

Last weekend was the very last Saturday Maths intervention session of the year, and we couldn’t be prouder of this incredible group of Year 11 students. Giving up your Saturday mornings to come in and work hard ahead of your exams is incredibly commendable, and your dedication will absolutely pay off.

To celebrate all that commitment, it was only right that we wrapped things up with a well-deserved Domino’s pizza feast! Congrats to everyone who took part!

Every one of our students can take part in a number of careers and enterprise activities throughout the year. These include work experience week and the many enterprise and employer activities we host in school.
