World Championship silver for Henry! ๐Ÿฅˆ๐Ÿธ๐ŸŽพ

Congratulations to Henry F, who has won a silver medal at the World Racketlon Team Championships alongside his partner, Sam G from Kingโ€™s School, Ely. ๐Ÿ‘

Racketlon is a unique competition combining four racket sports: tennis, squash, table tennis and badminton, requiring competitors to demonstrate their ability across all four disciplines.

Henry and Sam produced a fantastic performance throughout the competition, eventually taking on France in the final, where they faced a formidable pairing featuring the current U12 and U14 world champions.

A brilliant achievement on the world stage. Congratulations, Henry! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿฅˆ

What a fantastic Results Day for our Year 13 pupils! ๐Ÿ’™

We are incredibly proud to celebrate another excellent set of results at Ipswich School, reflecting the hard work, determination and commitment shown by our pupils throughout their Sixth Form journey.

Among this yearโ€™s highlights, half of all grades achieved were A* or A, with Ipswich School also recognised as a top performer in Suffolk. ๐Ÿ‘

But behind every result is an individual journey, and it was wonderful to welcome pupils and their families back to School yesterday to celebrate everything they have achieved and hear about the exciting next steps ahead.

Congratulations to all of our Year 13 pupils. We are immensely proud of you and wish you every success for the future. โœจ

Earlier today, we shared what some of our Year 13 leavers are doing next. Now, for Part Two, weโ€™re looking back. ๐Ÿ’ญ

We asked them to share their favourite memories from their time at Ipswich School, and their answers certainly brought back some special moments. From friendships and trips to the experiences that have shaped their time here, there was plenty to reflect on. ๐Ÿ’™

Thank you once again to our leavers for giving us a little of their time on such an important day.

Enjoy Part Two! ๐Ÿ‘

Behind every social media post, thereโ€™s a story. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Today, we were lucky enough, though not surprised, to find some gems, as members of our Year 13 cohort gave us a little of their time. ๐Ÿ‘

We asked them what they were doing next, and their favourite memory of Ipswich School. ๐Ÿ’ญ

Weโ€™re sharing their answers in two parts, with next steps first... memories to follow. ๐Ÿ‘

Enjoy! ๐Ÿ’™

A fantastic Results Day for our Year 13 pupils! ๐ŸŽ“

Weโ€™re delighted to be celebrating one of our strongest sets of results in the past 20 years, with 84% of A Level grades and their BTEC equivalents awarded at A*โ€“B. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Well over 40 boys and girls secured three A grades or higher, while 53% of A Levels and BTEC equivalents were awarded at A* or A. ๐Ÿ‘

Behind those figures are individual stories of hard work and commitment, from pupils who have combined their studies with achievement at the highest levels in music, sport and performance, to those now taking their next steps at leading universities in the UK and overseas or through degree apprenticeships. ๐Ÿ‘

Congratulations to all our Year 13 pupils. Weโ€™re incredibly proud of what you have achieved and excited to see where you go next. From these images, you can see the joy, relief and pride of our students. Well done, all! ๐Ÿ’™

Students and their families are welcome to arrive from 8am, with teachers on hand throughout the morning to offer support and guidance with UCAS applications and next steps. There will also be a photographer present to capture some of those memorable moments. ๐Ÿ“ธ
