Managers and senior leaders from across Vertas Group came together for our latest Group Away Day, creating valuable time to connect, collaborate and focus on the future of our Group.

Through interactive workshops and discussions, our leaders explored areas including risk management and how we can make the most of our scale and collective strengths across the Group.

It was also an opportunity to bring leaders from different services together, share perspectives and strengthen the connections that help us deliver for our colleagues, clients, and communities.

Thousands of colleagues shared their views in our 2026 Your Voice Colleague Engagement Survey, helping us understand what we’re doing well and where we can continue to improve.

This year, 500 more colleagues took part than last year, and we recorded an overall 90% engagement score.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. ♻️

Following a recent equipment upgrade at Vertas Group's head office, we've donated nearly 200 monitors to Suffolk New College for use at Otley College, helping students and staff benefit from larger displays and improved screen resolution.

We're delighted that equipment with plenty of life left in it will continue to make a meaningful impact, supporting both local learners and our commitment to sustainability. 👏

As we celebrate National Recycling Week, this partnership highlights the positive impact that can be achieved when organisations look for opportunities to reuse and redistribute resources, creating lasting benefits for local communities and the environment alike.

Vertas is stepping up for Cancer Research UK! 🌙

This Saturday, a team from Vertas Group will be walking a half marathon through the night as part of the CRUK Shine Night Walk London, raising money for life-saving cancer research.

After months of training, including walks, parkruns and gym sessions, the team is ready for the challenge and would love your support!
