Another day, another fantastic organisation to highlight during the .

Today it’s the turn of Vodas Training, who educate professionals on the signs of domestic abuse.

They say: “Training helps professionals to have more of an understanding of how a victim feels and why they may react in certain ways, when they are supporting victims and children . We also are committed to educating professionals to have a better understanding of how those displaying abusive behaviours may use tactics on them when they are supporting the victim and family.

“Vodas invited the founder of PEGS, Michelle John, to our Survivors Voices Conference in May 2022 to talk to professionals about CPA and the amazing work PEGS is doing to support parents.

“Working together and networking is so important because it creates more of an understanding about all different types of abuse and shows victims that we are dedicated in supporting and helping them by joining forces.”

All being well, they'll be showing the interviews next week alongside the story of a parent which highlights exactly why today is needed.
