WOW!! WHAT. A. DAY. 💗

We honestly don’t know where to start… our 10 Year Celebration was absolutely fabulous! 🥹✨

We’ve never seen Ipswich come together quite like that. Seeing so many different cultures, communities, families, women, girls, friends and supporters all in one place was truly incredible. 🌍💗

From the fashion show and performances to the talent, activities, food, music, laughter and dancing — the whole day was a celebration of 10 years of Future Female Society and the incredible community that makes FFS what it is.

A HUGE thank you to every single person who came along, took part, supported us and donated. Your generosity means so much to us and helps us continue the work we do.

Thank you to our amazing suppliers, staff, volunteers and The Hold team for helping bring the whole day together. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you. 💕

There are SO many people to thank, and we promise we’ll be giving everyone the individual shout-outs they deserve over the coming days because this celebration really was a community effort. 🫶

10 years of FFS.

10 years of community, connection, creativity and empowerment.

And what better way to celebrate than with all of you. 💗

Some activities will have a suggested cash donation with all contributions helping support the work of FFS and the projects we deliver with women and girls across our community.
There’s absolutely no pressure to donate, come along, get involved and celebrate with us! 💖

Event attendees can use the University of Suffolk car park for event parking.
⚠️ Please note: The University of Suffolk car park is separate from The Hold car park.
You’ll need to purchase a parking ticket using the University of Suffolk parking machine or Ringo — do not use The Hold parking machine.

No more 10 Year Countdown posts, it's TOMORROW ✨

✨Take a look at 2026 so far… ✨ And what a year it’s been!

Women 2 Women Radio has continued to grow, with live shows, podcasts, interviews and opportunities to get involved in events like the High Sheriff’s Power of Prevention Hackathon.

GWYA has enjoyed theatre trips, leadership and social action awards, and an amazing summer fundraiser at The Hidden Garden Café, with singing, face painting, badge making and lots of fun! 🎨🎶

We’ve brought women together through more of our Coffee Mornings, Happiness Brunches, workshops and International Women’s Day, as well as our King Street Cinema celebration, Quiz Night and community day out.

FFS has also had an incredible year of recognition from being featured on ITV News, to winning the High Sheriff of Suffolk Award, being highly commended at the BBC Make a Difference Awards, and winning Youth Club of the Year at the Suffolk Community Awards. 🏆

Kim has continued to take FFS into new spaces, facilitating corporate workshops and hosting talks with organisations through events including the Ipswich Thrive Business Festival, Lunch & Learns and workshops in London.

We’ve welcomed lots of amazing new volunteers into the FFS family, who have brought so much energy, time and passion to everything we do. 💕

After welcoming Suzanne to the team last year, Emma and Jackie officially became employees!

We also launched FFS in Leiston, bringing our Happiness Brunches and workshops to even more women across Suffolk. 💗

And then came some huge news for our future…

We secured an incredible £259,832 award from The National Lottery Community Fund, giving us three years of funding to continue and develop our work with women, girls, migrant and refugee women and the wider community. 🌟

It’s been an incredible year so far — and tomorrow, we get to celebrate 10 years of FFS together! 🥳⬇️
