What a lovely morning we had at our Happiness Brunch in Leiston on Monday 💕

It was so special to see women coming together to connect, share and support one another. From meaningful conversations to learning practical women’s safety tips, the room was filled with warmth, openness and community spirit.

A big thank you to East Suffolk Council for their insightful talk on community safety and to Urban Combat for an engaging and empowering self-defence demonstration 💪✨

We’re also so grateful to everyone who joined us and the local organisations who shared their time and knowledge – it really made the morning what it was 💗

A lovely morning at last week’s coffee morning 💚🩷

We were joined by Nellie from Community Action Suffolk, who delivered a really important and engaging “Let’s Talk Cancer” workshop.

Using interactive cards, we were able to open up conversations around cancer in a way that felt safe, supportive and accessible, turning what can often feel like a heavy or ‘taboo’ subject into something we could talk about together.

Of course, our wonderful Sue was there too with her crafts (as always bringing the creativity!) and it was so lovely to see some new faces join us alongside our regulars.

A big thank you to both Nellie and Sue for making the morning so special ✨

A lovely way to spend half term 🩷💚

We had a small group come together for our Craft, Connect & Create session in Leiston and it was such a relaxed, feel-good morning.

From collage to colouring, it was all about taking a moment, getting creative and enjoying good company.

Everyone who came along really got stuck in and it was so nice to see conversations flowing and connections being made ✨

We’re already looking forward to the next one!
