Learn to relax this Christmas period
A few days of excess isn't going to undo all your hard work
When the scales go up in the next few days it isn't all fat it's mostly water/fluid (mine will be red wine)
With that being said, don't let a few days turn into a few weeks and find yourself half way through Jan still pigging out on the quality streets
These truffles I made in Brussels with the beautiful .b.x will be devoured over the next few days without an ounce of guilt
I will eat what I want
Move IF I want
But most importantly I'm not going to let food get in the way of time with my loved ones
If you want to watch what you eat then that's absolutely ok too but don't let the food control the memories you can make, time is precious đđť

Struggling to get back into fitness after some time off?

Whether itâs running, weights, or classes⌠people always jump straight back to max effort. It feels productive, but it usually leads to frustration or injury.

Your body remembers, but it still needs time. Comparing to an old version of yourself kills motivation fast.
3ď¸âŁ Not having a simple plan
Most people âwing itâ, which works for about 4 days⌠then life happens and everything falls apart again.
If youâve struggled with this, youâre not broken you just need structure, not perfection.

Feel like fat loss is impossible??
The truth is a lot of people blame their metabolism which people often think we are often stuck with a fast or slow metabolism⌠however the good news is we can actually alter our metabolism by tweaking a few lifestyle factors.
Our natural metabolism doesnât actually slow down until we are in our 60s!
So why does fat loss feel harder for certain people??

This post has been a few weeks in the making and to be honest I've been putting off sharing this for the fear that it makes everything that much more real.
To a lot of people it might just seem like a job and people move on from jobs all of the time. That's not what this was to me, this was a place I was able to start a career, a place for me to learn, grow and develop new skills. Most importantly though it was where I met so many amazing people who really helped me through some tough times.
Not everything is meant to be and closing the doors to this place has been harder than I thought I would ever be and not something I ever thought I would have to do.
For everyone who has messaged me over the past few weeks I truly appreciate it and I promise every word had been read and digested. I will be forever grateful for all of these amazing people I have met along the way.
This won't be the end of my journey in this area I'm sure of it. This was just the first step. For now it's onto the next stage and to see where this takes me

My reminder to you!
Step out of your comfort zone.
Whether this be going to the gym for the first time
Trying to do something different with your nutrition
Or sending a message to somoene asking for help and support
This weekend just gone i did exactly that.
Ipswich half marathon completed. Having not run anything above 10km in the last 3-4 years this was always going to be a personal struggle.
For me it took supporting someone who was raising money for such a great cause to push me out of my comfort zone.
Im proud of myself for this as well as .b.x who has smashed her fundraising totals time and time again

My simple formula!
I believe training and nutrition should be simple.
No need to over complicate things with 100s of different variables but instead try finding something that is repeatable.
These transformations all have the same thing in common
A simple approach!
Not at any point did we restrict certain foods or have to do cardio every single day.
From losing 1 stone in the first 4 weeks to losing 20kg over the course of months AND keeping it all off. Not one of my clients has ever had to worry about their some complicated nutrition programme.
