Brookside Preschool, After School & Holiday Club

We are an all round purpose built childcare setting catering for children from 2 to 11 years. Brookside preschool takes children aged 2 years to 4 years old.

Brookside After School offers club for 3 years to 11 years. Brookside Preschool is able to take paid for sessions alongside the 15 hours grant funded sessions for 2, 3 and 4 year olds. We also accept the 30 hours grant funding. We are able to take childcare vouchers as payment. The staff are highly qualified with over 70 years of experience between us. We are based at the rear of Gusford Primary School with access via Ellenbrook Road.

*REMINDER*

Our summer raffle will be taken place on THURSDAY 17TH JULY. All tickets must be in by TUESDAY 15TH JULY. (PLEASE NOTE THE DATES ON THE LETTER ARE WRONG) If you have run out of raffle tickets and wish to receive some more, please feel free to ask one of the ladies at the school for a new raffle pack.

Please see the photos for the prize for the winning drawn ticket. It is a summer hamper full of necessities to get you through these beautiful summer days. There are also 2 prizes for the child who sold the WINNING ticket as well as the child who sold the MOST tickets!

🌟🌟Funded Childcare for 2 Year Olds 🌟🌟

🙌From January, eligible working parents of 2-year-olds will be able to register to access 15 hours free childcare per week from April 2024. This is the first step in the government’s long-term plan to help parents back into the work place.

The recommended time to register is between mid-January and the end of February.

On the Friday 13th October we will be raising awareness for sands (stillbirth & neonatal death) the children are welcome to wear pink or blue this day.
In October 2020 Isla Bailey unfortunately lost her son Leo at 32 weeks, it’s was his birthday on 8 October he would have been 3 years old. On October 15th it is the wave of light where everyone lights a candle at 7pm to remember the babies who gained their wings to early 👼🏻
We will be holding a cake sale at the end of the session at 3pm if you could bring your pennies, 💜💙
