I’ve had the privilege of working with over the past 8 weeks( fun fact: tre mentored me in one of my first ever job roles at the age of 17.

Teresa set clear goals during a challenging time and worked tirelessly to achieve them. Her progress is incredible:

I’ve had the pleasure of working with my wonderful client, .prentice , and her partner for the past six months. Both became first-time parents and were eager to get back to their pre-parenthood fitness levels. 😊

We started training together, but Anesha soon decided to take part in my 28-day challenge. This decision allowed her to fit in more morning training sessions while juggling her successful business, home life, and parenting.

Recently, Anesha has discovered her love for mat Pilates and reformer sessions, which have become a great way for her to exercise and de-stress—the ultimate combo for a busy woman like herself.

Not only has Anesha built healthy lifestyle habits and made positive changes to her nutrition, but she has also learned to be more mindful and present in her life. The transformation is clear—her before-and-after pictures speak volumes. Not only does she look amazing, but her mental health has also improved, and her confidence and self-esteem are flourishing. 🏆🤙🏽
