From beginners, apprentices, to both junior and senior artists. We offer courses from tattoo taster days, a chance to use a tattoo machine on practice skin! Advanced technique training days, tattoo theory/design and in person seminars for all tattooing styles from some of the worlds most talented tattooers! Monumental Tattoo Studios were established back in 2010 by self taught artist Aaron Clarke.

What I have realised about the people who make it and the people who don’t is.
The ones who make it;
-Stay focused on the goal
-Take action even if it’s in the wrong direction
-Believe they can do it
-Don’t make excuses
-They embrace discomfort
-They connect to a community like ours
-They get the help they need rather than giving up
The one who don’t make it;
-Typically low self worth
-Give up easily
-Are too comfortable where they currently are
-Too impatient
-Like the idea of being a tattooer but not the reality
I’m here to help and I do that by straight talking, life is short, do the thing, stop thinking about it, start doing it, get help if you need it.

I am a self taught tattoo artist 🫶🏼
Learning was long and frustrating, no one would give me an apprenticeship so I went it alone 💪🏻
Back then there was no YouTube videos or online courses but I still figured it out, which means so can you because I’m nothing special!
I teach and create courses here fuelled from by passion from years of frustration and feeling outed. I felt like being back in the play ground.
Anywho, here’s where I’m at today after not giving up.
