πŸŽ‰πŸ« ACTIVE SCHOOLS INVERURIE | TRANSITION+ 2026 πŸ«πŸŽ‰

What an amazing 3 days we've had at Inverurie Transition+ 2026! πŸ™Œ

This week, we welcomed 58 new S1 pupils who will be starting their journey at Inverurie Academy next week, with an incredible 137 young people taking part across the programme. That's a 13.2% increase from last year! πŸ“ˆπŸ‘

Our activity-filled days gave pupils the chance to:
βœ… Become more familiar with the school building
βœ… Meet future classmates
βœ… Build confidence ahead of their first day at academy
βœ… Have lots of fun along the way! πŸ˜ƒ

A huge thank you to our funders, Inverurie Youth Sports Foundation (IYSF), and our fantastic Young Leaders whose support helped make the programme such a success. 🌟

We were also delighted to work alongside a brilliant range of partners, including:
Garioch Judo, All Active Ltd, CLD, Millennium Child Entertainment, Garioch Rugby Club, Live Life Outdoors and our own volunteers delivering football, basketball and netball activities

We couldn't have done it without everyone's support. Thank you!

πŸ€ Good luck to all the new S1 pupils starting Academy next week. We hope you have a fantastic first year!
