I have created 4 sections in this course, breaking down the most important aspects of sleep deprivation and addressing how to overcome the most common issues for exhausted families. These sections include daily videos for you to watch at your own pace from your very own dashboard.
I’m also including bonus material to supplement the content within each section, including checklists, sleep calculators, printables, extra video content, and the products that actually work!

😴Investigating and identifying the root cause of your little one’s sleep concerns, in order to achieve change fast.
😴We can work on the surface with lots of process of elimination approaches to make things better, but ultimately, we need to know what the source of the issue is, and find an effective way to introduce and navigate change around this.

😴Accurately identifying what your child’s sleep requirements look like.
😴Realistic sleep targets for every age, to ensure enough sleep is being achieved, that overtiredness isn’t getting an opportunity to work against you, and to ensure ongoing sleep optimisation long term.
😴You may have already discovered lots of conflicting information online, or on apps, blogs, articles or books. But if you haven’t seen my evidence based, research proven stats, let's get your free sleep calculator! zzz

😩“Doing something different means my child will cry for hours”.
😩“My child is strong willed and will cry all night until they vomit”.
😩“I’m not comfortable doing anything that makes my child upset”.
😩“I’m not going to leave my child to cry it out”.
🤔Making changes to behavioural sleep challenges doesn’t have to be stressful.
It’s likely to be more stressful for everybody involved, if it’s not approached in the right way.
😴Sleep learning is a responsive, guided means by which to build a lifelong skillset that children need.
😢😢If you’re going with the guesswork approach, I’m afraid there are going to be lots of tears and frustration and confusion, which will likely mean abandoning your efforts pretty quickly because you’re panicking about little one being upset.
👍With the right approach, the right information, and the confidence, it’s possible to achieve change without lots of tears and distress.
