Classes are on as normal today at Hilton Community Centre starting from 530pm for our Panda group and 615pm for our Dragon group.

Adult group is from 715pm

Morning folks just a reminder that there is no classes tonight due to the Hilton community centre being closed for the may day holiday, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused but please use any other nights available at either Hilton or Culloden to make up for any lost time.
It's a great opportunity to train in a different environment and an opportunity to meet different folk which helps with confidence .
If you are interested in the other nights please get in touch directly so I can give you details and look forward to you coming

Awesome day yesterday well done to everyone who made it to the next level it was well deserved ,so much hard work goes into the day for just a couple of visible hours for everyone to see ,but the progress & intensity was evident the focus & their attention was there for all to see.
