Printer Update!

The new printer/photocopier has arrived, but unfortunately I can only use it to photocopy at the moment. I will let you know when I can print again.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The public access printer is still working as normal.

I am expecting a new printer/photocopier at the library this afternoon 😃. As a result I may not be able to print/photocopy for a short period whilst it is being installed.

The Public Access printer will be available all afternoon as usual.

I will update you once the new printer has arrived 🙂

It's Gala Weekend!

The library is open as usual tomorrow, with Lego Club 11-12 if you'd like to pop in before the fun starts :-)

Some more Lego builds which have been created over a couple of weeks.
Firstly we have a beach scene with a very impressive breaking wave, surfers, inflatables, boats, and sunbeds on the busy beach.
The second build is a hotel, pictured “flat pack” and then fully constructed, complete with a hot tub on the roof!
Looking forward to seeing what is built when Lego Club returns next Saturday 11-12

I have had 2 very pretty bracelets left in the library over the past week. If your young bookworm is missing one of these I have kept them safe behind the desk, just ask on your next visit 😊

There won't be a Saturday Lego Club next week, as the library will be closed for the Easter weekend. But the good news is that the school holidays mean the return of our midweek Holiday Lego Club on a Wednesday morning 🎉. There's no need to book, just come along to the library between 11 and 12, and the Lego will be ready and waiting for some fantastic creations😀

Easter is just around the corner 🐰🐣🐥, and the library will be closed for the weekend. Make sure you come in to stock up on reading material beforehand 📚

It will be open again as normal at 10am Wednesday 8th April.

Fantastic Lego build this morning of the Titanic, complete with iceberg and the Carpathia saving stricken passengers - it’s great to see topics they are learning at school spilling over into Lego Club!

Lego Club is on in the library every Saturday morning from 11 to 12
