Today I introduce to you to this Thai snack called saku sai moo, or mince pork in tapioca. The green ones are coloured by pandan, the purple by purple potatoes and the yellow by sweet potatoes. Perfect with my home grown green salad.

There are lots of great tasty Asian dishes you can learn to cook with me. If you like pork then this is a nice one I prepared for dinner this evening.
Stir fried pork and vegetables in black bean sauce with garlic and ginger. I used leeks, asparagus and sugar snap peas which go well together, but you can choose your favorites instead. 🥦🥬🌶🧄🧅

Just 3 ingredient, coconut milk gelatine powder and sugar. 
Very tasty and refreshing and perfect for a party 🎉

This is my lunch today. The plate in the front is a thai snack.
Take the fresh leaf from the middle and put a little bit of everything from the plate on it,
add some sauce, wrap it up and enjoy 😊
