Tummy time tip!
Tummy time is so important for building strong neck, back, and shoulder muscles — which helps with rolling, sitting, and crawling later on.
If your little one isn’t a fan, try:
🧸 Laying them on your chest or tummy
🪀 Putting toys just out of reach to encourage reaching
🕒 Little and often — 2–3 minutes a few times a day is great to start.
