On Track Training has been working with industry employers in the Highlands since 2003. During that time, we have provided training and development for employers and their staff. We’re also ex hotel owners, so we know the problems and issues facing employers today. We’ll visit at times convenient to you, and most of our training is on a mobile basis—we bring it to you, to save you the bother, time and expense of coming to us. This is one of our favourite charities to support.

A big Congratulations to Anna and Zoe, from the Explorer Cafe Aviemore!
They have both completed their Modern Apprenticeships in Hospitality and Supervision at Level 7.
Ana has now decided to move onto the Level 8 in Hospitality Management, and the sky really is the limit for both of these two women!

So.. Long slightly boring stuff ahead..

We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm.
Now..As per guidelines..
We aren't allowed anyone inside, so all orders will be taken at the door & customers politely (or grumpily?) wait outside.
We will have our new ish menu in the window to see.
To prevent your wait from being too long, you can call us or message us via Facebook to place your order.
We will update the page daily with our salad selections.
Obviously contact less payments are preferedm. But we can also do cash transactions too.
You will also need to make circular motion on your stomach with one hand and the other patting your head.

Skills development Scotland is offering between £3000 and £5000 to local employers when they recruit or upskill an employee, using the modern apprenticeship scheme. We can offer the full suite of hospitality qualifications up to Management level, Retail qualifications for supervisors and managers and also General Management at Levels 7 and 9 to most sectors.
